The next step is to focus on planning – taking an unconventional goal you have identified and making it happen. To do this we need to craft a SMART goal, establish what actions will lead to accomplishing that goal and planning how to make your action steps fit into your life.
Take a step back and look at who we are in a holistic way and the things we want to start (or spend more time) doing. This is the most important step in goal setting, because without having a map, we cannot plot a path to get to where we want to be.
