This month, the most popular piece by far has been Don’t Ask, “What’s My Passion? Ask This Instead where I argue that we should focus on the skills we want to develop when it comes to finding meaningful work. Yet the feedback has pointed me to a larger conversation around the role of passion in our careers, one that I think would be great to continue here.
