When it comes to finding a meaningful career, there are various elements to consider. Here on Idealist Careers, we’ve talked before about the importance of crafting a purpose statement and have explored the limitations of asking,”What’s my passion?” when figuring out what kind of work you want to do. But what are the other elements that go into finding fulfilling work?

I recently came across an image on LinkedIn that I think combines important aspects of finding a job you’ll love: passion, mission, profession, and vocation.
