Community Support Associate opportunity
Our Community Support Associate will support the organizations and individuals that use Idealist.org by providing customer and technical assistance while managing online content posted by our site’s users.
As a member of the Community Support Team, this person will provide technical support and training to our community of 120,000+ organizations. The team also approves new organization applications and reviews select organization-generated content. Additionally, they advocate for new features and report issues based on user feedback, and strive to ensure that our community is happy with their experience by offering best-in-class, continuously improving support.
