Usually, large for-profits get a lot of buzz for their benefits and perks, whether it’s Google’s gourmet snacks and lunches or Netflix’s approach to flex-time. However, nonprofits can offer interesting opportunities as well. For example, charity: water offers unlimited vacation days and many are considering doing the same.
