Why Failure Is Imperative To Finding Your Passion

As we enter the final days of Summer, we’re taking a break this week and sharing some popular articles from the archives. Enjoy!

Exploration is a big part of finding your passion; you have to try different things, in different settings, in order uncover what you love. However, while exploring you also risk failing, which we tend to avoid. In this way, could a fear of failure hold us back?

She argues that this fear intensifies as we get older as we have more risks to consider. In order to overcome this fear, she suggests you have to learn to love the challenge, and consider the worst and best that could come from taking a risk.
