    I think the assessment is accurate. I am a human resources professional (specifically having worked in employee relations for the past 6 years) so building trust and making connections are important. There are not a lot of ‘projects’ but investigations that require focus, and there are many times that there may not be a definitive timeline for completion, however you have to gather sufficient information to make a recommendation and/or decision.
