Short and to the point, and I don't tend to waste time with "flowery" punctuation.

I try to keep my emails short, but I'm also careful to create a descriptive subject line and to include all of the necessary details.

I tend to get everything down in an email, and it's not uncommon for me to include lots of details in the form of bulleted lists, links, and attachments.

When you tell a story or give a presentation, you usually:

Stand in front of your audience, relatively still and composed.

Gesture a lot with your hands and have plenty of emotive facial expressions to match.
