Video spotlight: Be more productive by understanding the science of productivity

If you’re like most people working for social change, you’re wearing many hats. You’re not just a program manager; you’re the program manager/hiring manager/fundraiser/communications director.

And with these many roles comes a desire to be as productive as possible. However, what if instead of making yet another to-do list or having yet another meeting to delegate work, we spent time understanding the science of productivity and created our schedules based on that understanding?

In this fun, short video the folks behind AsapScience talk about willpower (hint: we have little of it) and the power of a deadline (hint: we need to use them more often) in order to get things done.

What do you think of this video?
