We’ve talked before about how you don’t need a big title to be a leader. Yet even if you embrace that you can create change wherever you are, it’s easy to think that acts of leadership must be big: launch a new organization, manage a big team, or secure tons of money.

In this TED Talk, leadership coach Drew Dudley argues that leadership is not reflected in our titles or big actions, but in how we treat others. And because of this, we can be leaders every single day.
