What have you accomplished this year?

Make it happen success

As we’re quickly approaching the end of 2014, many of us are thinking about what we want to do in 2015. But before you plan your future, it never hurts to think about the past, specifically in terms of what you did well this year.

Whether you volunteered at a local nonprofit, tackled new responsibilities at work, or explored a passion project on your own, it’s important to keep track of the impact of your work. In doing so, you’ll see your growth and be able to present your accomplishments to future employers (not to mention, you’ll feel good about yourself, too!).

In the video below, we offer a quick guide to tracking your accomplishments and tools to help you get started.
