What Have You Accomplished This Year?

As we’re quickly approaching the end of the year, many of us are thinking about what we want to do in in the new year. But before you plan your future, it never hurts to think about the past, specifically in terms of what you did well this year.

Whether you volunteered at a local nonprofit, tackled new responsibilities at work, or explored a passion project on your own, it’s important to keep track of the impact of your work. In doing so, you’ll see your growth and be able to present your accomplishments to future employers (not to mention, you’ll feel good about yourself, too!).
